Susana Duarte

Susana has worked with Tony Bertocchini serving as his Client Service Associate since 2020.  She leads our efforts to make every client’s experience exceptional.  Her diligent attention to detail and follow through have been pillars of our service culture.  Her responsibilities include establishing accounts, money movements, and a vast array of other items to ensure clients receive what they need, when they need it.  Susana enjoys so many aspects of her position but sharing the successful completion of tasks with clients is her favorite.

Outside of the office, Susana enjoys watching movies, going on hikes with her dogs, and spending time with her family.
